About the event

We welcome back Simone Muller-Lotz (part of our podcast series below) to lead a free session for our community online.

Hypopressives brings a new approach to postnatal rehabilitation, one that dramatically improves the function and strength in the pelvic floor and core.

Being a former dancer and now mum of 2, her appreciation of having a strong and functional body has lead her to sharing this technique with hundreds of mums, so that they too can have the tools to restore their physical body after the miraculous work it has done in creating and birthing their baby.

In 2020 she launched re-centre an online video subscription platform focusing on using Low Pressure Fitness/Hypopressives to support postnatal pelvic floor rehabilitation. Low Pressure Fitness is a complete movement system which has been shown to have positive effect on a broad range of symptoms including Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Diastasis Recti and urinary incontinence.

Her intention is to make this work accessible, so that mums can fit it in to their very busy lives, because they deserve to feel functional and strong in their bodies.
