Overview
Led by Founder/CEO, Lucy McCrudden and Researcher and Dance Artist, Tara Choudrie, this hybrid course encompasses four elements of information that give an overview of how to support a parent who dances , a workshop exploring the pedagogy of Dance Mama’s approach and adaptations to working with parents in the studio who may or may not have dance experience (supported by evidence-based research) and free bonus session - This Mum Moves - raising awareness on the CMO Guidelines for pre and postnatal activity in the UK.
Both Lucy and Tara are This Mum Moves Ambassadors, with Lucy being nominated twice for Ambassador of the Year for the Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards 2023 and 2025.
