FREE In-Person Taster session - Dancing Towards Connection Postnatal Dance

Hi There!

• Do you have a child/children 9 months or under and live in Surrey?
• Do you enjoy dancing or have an interest in it you would like to explore?
• Do you want to find out how dance can support you and your families  wellbeing as a parent?
• Want to help an award-winning Surrey-based, international dance company create brilliant dance workshops for postnatal mums?

Then come along to Studio 1, The Arts Centre Guildford, 221 Epsom Road, Merrow, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 2RE

Thur 3rd November, 10 - 11am

and experience our specially formulated dance class and a chance to meet other Mums

The Arts Centre Guildford has a fantastic 'Secret Garden' play cafe which is a great place to hang out with your children and friends as well as coffee and great food at The Cottage which is also on site. 

This event is FREE and your children are welcome. 

Dance Mama Founder/CEO, Lucy McCrudden and Lead Dance Artist, Laura Harvey will be facilitating this fun and friendly session to help us bring a fantastic dance experience to Mums in the future. 

Come in comfortable clothes with a bottle of water and be prepared to dance in a way we have designed especially for you that will help you feel supported and energised. 

They'll be time for you to give us feedback on our ideas at this stage too for our future plans.
