You do not need to be a parent to join this class.
Being Dance Mama, our class content is adaptable to those who have carried children, and with our specialist knowledge, we can support those returning to dance postnatally within the session in addition to our usual inclusive best practice.
💃🏻 This is an ideal session for anyone interested in learning contemporary dance, already a convert or returning to dance from a break.
