About the event
The second of three FREE seminars from the International Parenting and Dance Network, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), bringing together global researchers, artists and industry stakeholders to discuss and share ideas and practices related to parenting in dance.
The second seminar will ask, ‘What physiological and psychological experiences are related to parenthood and dance?’ and will include a stimulating range of activities including presentations of papers, workshops, screenings and performances connecting to this line of enquiry.
The seminar will take place at Canterbury Christ Church University, based mainly at the Anselm Studios, and is hybrid to allow people to take part online from across the world.
There will be provision for feeding and changing at this event.
